Accessible Information

We want to get better at communicating to make sure you can read and understand the information we send you.

Do you need information in braille, large print or easy read?

Do you need a British Sign Language interpreter or advocate?

Do you need support to lip read or use a hearing aid or communication tool?

If you find it hard to read our letters or if you need someone to support you at appointments please tell the receptionist when you visit the surgery.

To acces the practice information in other languages click on the TRANSLATE link to the right under Quick Links

If English is not your first language and you would like a professional interpreter for your consultation, please let reception know and we can book this for you.  If you are unable to make an appointment with a booked interpreter please let us know as this is a double appointment and the interpreting services could be used elsewhere
