Fahad is the Senior Manager, and understands the importance and dynamics managing admin/front line staff.
Fahad is extremely experienced, dedicated to his role, is responsible for all operational and customer service related matters ensuring the smooth running of our main administrative processes along with leading the administration team.
He has grown up overseas but understands and connects with the population we are here to serve. He has overseen and implemented many services and improvements since he joined in June 2019.
