Need to see a GP or nurse in the evening or at the weekend?
There are GP services open to all patients in the North PCN running 6 days a week in Hammersmith and Fulham. You can book an appointment from your own practice with a GP at Parkview Practice across the North PCN in the evening or Saturday.
To book an appointment during our Extended hours, please contact reception on 020 3474 6105. The receptionist will then advise you of the times and dates that Extended Hours have available and will book you an appointment.
The receptionist will ask you if you consent to record sharing. By consenting to record sharing, this will enable the Weekend Plus practice at which you have booked an appointment to access your records so the GP can provide you with appropriate care. Without record sharing, the GP will not be able to provide appropriate care for you.
You will receive a text message (if we a have mobile number for you – if not please provide us with one) confirming the time, date, the practice name and postcode. To cancel your appointment, please contact the practice.
On Saturdays, at all sites, pre-bookable Practice Nurse appointments are also available which can be booked through the practice.
Please note that using these services will not affect your registration with the practice.
